Sunita, the mother of an electrician, and Radha, whose husband Arvind once worked as a daily-wage laborer, began this journey with only a few stitches and a lot of courage. Today, their hands move with quiet confidence, stitching meadows, blooms, and dreams into every lamp. Arvind now manages the packaging, ensuring that each lamp reaches its new home with care and pride. What began as a small skill-building effort has grown into a story of resilience, craftsmanship, and transformation.
