Sunita, the mother of an electrician, and Radha, whose husband Arvind once worked as a daily-wage laborer, began this journey with only a few stitches and a lot of courage. Arvind now manages the packaging, ensuring that each lamp reaches its new home with care and pride. What began as a small skill-building effort has grown into a story of resilience, craftsmanship, and transformation.
